Healthcare is moving toward a pay for performance reimbursement system for your healthcare providers. One of the features that myregence.com has is the ability to rate your visit with each provider you see. This is on a per claim basis, so for every claim submitted you can complete the survey.
To access this survey you need to login to myregence.com. Click on the tab to view claims. Next to each claim on the right had side you can click on “post a review”. Here you can complete the short survey and post a comment.
Posting a review helps us out in two ways. First we are able to access the results and see how we are doing. Second it lets the insurance company know how we are doing compared to other providers.
We appreciate our patients rating us and would like to offer an incentive for doing so. If you go online and post a review we will give you the choice between a Goodell PT waterbottle or a Goodell PT t-shirt. Please call us or tell us when you come in that you have posted a review and we will get you your prize.
