On March 6th, a hacker accessed the email heather@goodhealthphysicaltherapy.com, sent phishing emails, and posted a bogus remote job on our Indeed job posting page. If you clicked the “secure attachment” in the email please check that your email “reply to” address has not been changed. Also change your passwords and reset your recovery numbers on your account. Alert people in your address book. You can copy this information to use in your message to alert others.
Check any accounts that are connected to your google account for login purposes and disconnect them until you can change your passwords. If you applied for the bogus job posting for Patient Access Specialist listed on March 6th, please do NOT give personal information.

If you suffered any loss from this event, please contact local law enforcement officials to file a case. We have reported this incident to the Washington County Police Department. The incident was caused by clicking on the secure attachment.
