To pay online for services provided in 2024 or after: Tebra is our new billing system. To create a new Tebra account (you must have a cell phone or email address), call or email our billing office: Amanda, 305-600-3633 or email: amanda@aresbilling.com. (Note: our billing office is on Eastern time and closes at 2 pm Pacific.) If you already have a Tebra account, click HERE.
To pay in-person: We always gladly accept in-person payments at our office.
To pay by phone: for services provided at any time, call the Southwest office at 503-292-5882.
To pay online for services provided in 2023 or before, you can find the old portal to pay your bill HERE , or using the QR code below. You will require info contained within your statement to make a payment including the account number, date of birth and zip code of the patient in question.
